FaceFlow strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any sexualisation of minors. We do not tolerate this content or conduct anywhere on our service, and we act on every credible report.
FaceFlow is available only to adults aged 18 and over. Users must confirm their age and accept our Terms before using the service. Accounts we identify as belonging to a person under 18 are removed and their access is disabled. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or appear in discovery or calls.
It is strictly forbidden to: create, upload, share, request, or solicit any CSAM or sexual content involving a minor; groom, sexualise, or attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes; impersonate a minor; or use FaceFlow to facilitate any offence against a child. Violations result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
Every user can report abuse from within the app: open the reported user's profile or the in-call menu and choose Report, then select the relevant reason. You can also report a violation, or content or conduct that may endanger a child, directly to our Child Safety point of contact at childsafety@faceflow.fun. Reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially.
When we become aware of apparent CSAE, we act quickly to remove offending content, disable the account(s) involved, preserve relevant evidence, and report to the appropriate authorities as required by law. In India this includes cooperation with law enforcement and reporting consistent with the POCSO Act, 2012 and the IT Act and rules. We also honour valid legal requests and orders.
We combine age gating, account verification (mobile OTP), user reporting and blocking tools, moderation of reports, and enforcement action to reduce the risk of abuse. We continue to improve these safeguards over time.
